The Rajasthan government started a new iconic heritage train known as the Valley Queen Heritage Train on the 5th of October.

Rajasthan is all set to introduce the exclusive Valley Queen Heritage Train which is designed like a 150-year-old steam engine-based system that will offer passengers a nostalgic travelling experience. This train has started its operation from Marwar Junction to Kamlighat recently. This is to let you know that this iconic heritage train has a Visadome AC coach with a total number of 60 seats. The train runs four days a week with tickets priced at INR 2,000 per person.
Train Schedule of the Valley Queen Heritage Train
It is said by railway officials that the Valley Queen Heritage Train or Vistadome Heritage Train will run between Marwar Junction to Kamlighat Station. The railway officials had shared the schedule of this special train. Valley Queen heritage train will depart from Marwar Junction at 8:30 AM, afterwards, it will reach Kamlighat at 11 AM via Phulad and Goram Ghat railway stations. The train will take a halt of 10-15 minutes at each station. After taking a 3.5-hour halt at Kamli Ghat, this train will depart at 3 PM and return to Marwar Junction at 5.40 PM on the same day.
The Iconic Valley Queen Heritage Train is the sixth of its kind in India and offers scenic routes that will be pleasing to watch while travelling. According to the chief public relation officer of NWR the iconic Valley Queen Heritage Train will start departing from Marwar Junction at 8:30 AM and it will reach Kamlighat at 11 AM via Phulad and Goram Ghat railway station. The train will take around 10-15 minutes to halt at every station. Additionally, they added that after taking around 3.5 hours halt at Kamli Ghat the train will depart at 3 PM and return to Marwar Junction at around 5:40 PM on the same day.

These routes of the train will give travelling smoothing experience by providing picturesque views. This beautiful vintage train will pass through large Aravali Valley, hills and two curvy 100-year-old and 23-meter-long tunnels. Around total number of 170 different types of bridges also fall on the route of the iconic Valley Queen Heritage Train.
