Indian Railways

The UTS (Unreserved Ticketing System) mobile app was launched by Indian Railways on December 27, 2014 to make ticket booking easier for passengers. Through this app, travelers could conveniently book unreserved train tickets, season passes, and platform tickets using their mobile phones without standing in long queues at railway stations.

Now, Indian Railways has announced that the UTS mobile app will be discontinued from March 1, 2026. After the service stops, passengers will need to use the RailOne app for booking unreserved tickets and other related railway services. The national transporter has advised all users to switch to the new platform to continue accessing these facilities smoothly.
